From time to time we place our retired adult shelties into “forever homes” where they will be pampered and loved.   

      We are a little more stringent with placing our older dogs than we are with puppies as these dogs are part of our family and are accustomed to a certain way of life.  Therefore, we ensure that our older dogs are placed with loving and caring owners as well as in a secure and safe environment to happily live out the rest of their lives.

     Harry is our first champion to be placed and he is now living in the temperate climate of San Diego with his new owner, Clint.  He already has a fenced back yard, a doggie door, two beds, snacks, toys and will own and love his new papa as he begins to settle into his routine.   We wish Harry a warm and loving aloha and we’ll be visiting him soon.  :-)  Update:  Just got back from visiting Harry in SD.  He’s put on a lovely coat, has acclimated well, and is enjoying the SD weather and life with his owner Clint.

Harry is  our first Canadian import and the beginning of our friendship with Corinne & Rex Rainsforth of Shelgrande Shelties.  He is a sweet, loving cuddle-bug and is happiest at home with his family.
